1933 Ford Speedster Coupe

1933 Ford Speedster Coupe Pro Built - Downs Body and Chassis Downs Manufacturing created this Speedster for the looks as well as the handling performance enhancements vs. that of other Ford Coupes. The front of this body was lengthened 4”. The top is chopped 3.5”The entire body has been Channeled 4” to provide the lower sleeker profile to gain less drag at higher speeds The wheelbase was lengthened 3” (from stock 112”to 115”) to provide better handling . This also enhanced the engine placement behind the front axle making it closer to centering between to front and rear wheels providing even more handling stability.
